Carthttier 18K Yellow Gold Cabochon Sapphire Diamond Ring

A beautiful vintage Carthttier sapphire and diamond dome ring set in 18k yellow gold.

The ring is predominantly set with a large cabochon oval sapphire which is rub over set to centre. Surrounding this sapphire is a display of pave set diamonds and sapphires which contrast beautifully against the 18k yellow gold band.

There is an estimated combined diamond weight of 1.25 carats, estimated to range from F-G in colour with VS1 clarity.
